A New COOLture in Real Estate – Realty ONE Group

“I have been in real estate for twenty plus years, and after one meeting with Realty ONE, I was sold,” Real Estate Broker Judy Rossignol says. “It’s been more than a year since I signed on, and my excitement has only grown.”

Judy Rossignol would have never taken the meeting in the first place if it wasn’t for a trusted friend’s encouragement. She figured it was yet another gimmick in the industry that was all flash and no substance. Plus, she was content enough where she was, though she was open for growth. Judy tried to just smile and nod, but her friend’s conviction won her over in the end.

“It sounded too good to be true, so I went to meet with Vinnie Tracy, President of Realty ONE Group, in Atlanta with my shields raised high. I even told him I was there out of obligation, not because I wanted to join,” Judy laughs. “But my friend was right, and going to that meeting ended up being the best decision I’ve made in my career.”

“Realty ONE Group refers to themselves as the UNbrokerage that supports a new COOLture in real estate,” Judy, now Owner-Broker of Realty ONE Group Engage the Keys, explains, “and that description fits it perfectly. It’s a family with a “cool culture” that provides what the agents need and empowers them to be their own boss, rather than be controlled by a broker.”

Community is actually one of the 6C’s that make up the company’s core values:  Commission, Coolture, Coaching, Connect, Community, and Care. All of which revolve around the brokerage putting the agent first to ensure their individual growth and success.

When representing buyers and sellers, Engage the Keys agents go the extra mile to meet the needs of their customers. From setting the price to creating marketing campaigns for traditional media and web, they have a proven plan that matches homes with the right buyers for the right price.

As expected from a real estate professional, Judy established the office in an excellent location, location, location, right at the beginning of the Morada Way Art & Cultural District. Every 3rd Thursday, they join the fun and open their doors, offering treats and drinks to anyone who stops by.

Judy put a lot of work into renovating the building, and it recently received the Beautification Award by the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce. The official grand opening is set for February 24th from 5-9 p.m. All are welcome to join the ribbon cutting and the following celebration.

The Realty ONE Group Engage the Keys team is already quickly growing. They currently have nine agents with more in the wings and are still openly recruiting. Krissy Carnahan, the “Coolture Coordinator”, Realtor & Office Manager, is also a vital member of the team. Among a long list of duties, Krissy promotes the ONE Cares system that logs and tracks volunteer hours and donations among their team. Giving back to the community is a cornerstone of the 6C’s mission and the Engage the Keys office.

As an advantage for both agents and their clients, Realty ONE Group Engage the Keys has in-house partnerships, including mortgage, title, insurance, and vacation rental companies. Using these partners isn’t required but is available as an added service and convenience to the community.

“Our COOLture and energy are infectious, and we are excited to share it with the community.”
