Scarecrows in the Forest

The Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden’s fourth annual Scarecrows in the Forest event features locally designed scarecrows from individuals, creative professionals, organizations, and businesses. Scarecrow creators use natural and recycled materials. Cash prizes of $100, $50, and $25 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded in each of three categories: school-age individuals or groups, not-for-profit groups, and businesses, amateur individuals, and creative professionals. Best in Show ($100) will be chosen by garden visitors.
